Documentation

Proper documentation is minted into the metadata of each DOT and stored on the blockchain. Such documentation includes a 3D rendering file, an AI fingerprint file, High- & Low-resolution photo files, and associated legal documents.

The high-quality photo files and 3D rendering files capture the characteristics of the collectibles in detail for the public to browse and appreciate digitally. Other documentation contained within the DOT includes a sales and purchase agreement for the acquisition of the item, a transfer deed to transfer the ownership title and rights of the item to the token holder, an ownership certificate of the item and bailment terms to address rights of possession to the item. In some cases, the fingerprint or face ID is included to enhance the authenticity of the collectible or an independent third-party appraisal report is included to facilitate price discovery.
