We emphasise transparency and provenance for our DOTs. Proper documentation including photo files and legal documents minted in the metadata of our DOTs are produced based on the laws and regulations of the appropriate jurisdictions, creating real value for the token owner.
We emphasise transparency and provenance for our DOTs. Proper documentation, such as photo files and legal documents are minted in the metadata of our DOTs and stored on the blockchain. The high-quality photo files and 3D rendering files capture the characteristics of the collectibles in detail for the public to browse and appreciate digitally. Other documentation contained within the DOT includes a sales and purchase agreement for the acquisition of the item, a transfer deed to transfer the ownership title and rights of the item to the token holder, an ownership certificate of the item and bailment terms to address rights of possession to the item. Such documents are drafted based on the laws and regulations of the appropriate jurisdictions. The holder of a DOT owns the physical collectible item described in such DOT. Buyers of DOTs are buying the ownership titles to the physical items similar to how buyers buy title deeds to real estate. When the DOT is transferred, the transaction is recorded on the blockchain to provide a clear history of ownership. This eliminates any potential disputes regarding the legal rights and ownership of the related collectible.
